The PilotExpo takes flight this month at Ardmore Aerodrome with over 40 local business exhibiting their products and services.

The pilot walked away unhurt from his WWII Spitfire when it crashed just before noon today at Ardmore Airport in Papakura. The crashed Spirfire is one of the two working in New Zealand.

Ardmore airport in south Auckland is one of New Zealand busiest. The airport is well known by the locals for its war bird population and flight training.

PilotExpo 2010, to be held for two days from March 12 at Ardmore Aerodrome in Auckland, offers established and aspiring pilots, aircraft owners and operators the time and space to chat with businesses and organisations which supply the country’s general aviation products and services.
